This place is horrible. They DO NOT clean your clothes, my perfume still remains on them. And forget about alterations, you will be charged for services not rendered. The manager is so unprofessional. The staff is nice. PLEASE!!! Go elsewhere, read these reviews FIRST before dropping your clothes off to them. He will refuse any refunds.

First of all the location on Google maps is inaccurate, it is just east of where it shows on the map next to nail salon and automotive place.nThey have been doing our clothes for over 6 years and haven't had a single problem. They always have fast and good service, prices are very reasonable.

I should have trusted the reviews. Poor customer service. They lost one of my clothes and damaged 3 others but blamed me. The workers do not care about your clothes and they treat them badly. They also insult you in Spanish thinking you don’t understand. It’s right by my house and i will never use this place again. I will take my patronage elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

This place ruined 7 pairs of pants and denied it I have been going there for over 2 years and just recently had a problem. The owner didn’t offer to look into or provide any explanation other than blaming me . When I picked up my clothes and they were damaged why wouldn’t they let me know if in fact I brought them in that way then why didn’t they say something. It doesn’t make any sense anyway I am out a huge amount of money and have to replace 7 pairs of pants . The funny thing is it was all in the same area which leads me to believe it was a malfunction with his equipment it literally shredded and left holes and faded the pants. Please don’t go there and also as a responsible owner we wouldn’t you try to look into the problem.
