I dropped off my boxing outfit which was white with red and blue in it, I had this dry cleaned before so didn’t think when I went to pick up my boxing outfit it’ll be pink. $700 outfit to waste
So I have all my clothes at this particular location or cleaning and Nobody is opening this F....... store I Need my uniform if you going to close you need to let people know you closing . F ....... B
Great customer service as always, just tuff seeing the guy working with no help. Nonetheless he is trying to do the best he can by himself.
This place. Used to be good. Now going downhill. No customer service, do not answer their phone and loses clothes
This place is horrible. I brought a shirt to them that I had dry cleaned previously at another dry cleaners and they completely destroyed it. It was a leather tank top and it was ripped when they gave it back to me and so hard. I was shocked that they would wait for me to come in and not call me ahead of time to prepare me. The owner offered me a whole $15.00 for my shirt, took no responsibility for the companies he partners with and shifted blame to them. I also brought a king comforter in to them before the shirt incident and they charged me $30.00 to wash it and they must’ve dragged it on the floor because it was dirty after they cleaned it. There terrible!
