My stuff not ready on scheduled pick up day. The phone in the shop never works. So I cannot even call them to confirm if ready for pick up. When I ask for secondary number, the staff told me she cannot give me her personal phone number. Are you kidding me? You cannot give your customer a secondary phone number? Cost me three trips to pick up. I am not coming back.
Great service, unfortunately they have not updated their buisness hours to reflect they close at 3:00 on Saturday. I dropped off a jacket the other day and need it today. Please post phone number or email me if possible.
