So often we tell other of poor service and share with friends, here is something different.nnThis is one of the best dry cleaners that I have ever used. 6 shirt $6.54, starched how I like every time. No missing buttons. One time I came back and they said we did not clean this yet because of this stain, not sure if we can get it out. Just wanted your opinion on how to proceed. Awesome. Atleast I had the choice. Never had to wait, always very prompt, professional.nGood professional cleaners!
Terrible customer service. The Drive-thru system they have is ridiculous because they don’t have enough help to look after both in-store and drive-thru.nnThe attendants are busy just clearing up the Drive-thru line while people wait inside the store on foot. If someone drop off a huge load of laundry without separating them then the attendant will stand there for 15minutes just separating that persons laundry. Go at your own risk.
Always ready same day. Friendly staff. Drive-thru drop-off and pick-up. Great place.
This place will damage your clothes and will not admit they did it. I took 5 pairs of pants to be cleaned and every one of them had damage to the fabric in front of the zipper. He tells me all my were fading. 3 pair were new (2 months). As I was leaving he got smart.
I don't recommend this dry cleaners to anyone! Pick up my company polos after paying for sewing and press and when I got home this is what I found (pictures)... Not happy with their service and quality control, figured they would be a good dry cleaner because they aren't cheap.
