I've gone to Amtex Equipment to have my carpet cleaning equipment serviced multiple times. Ben, the owner is always helpful and goes out of his way to help anyone. Amtex systems are amazing and the type of equipment you get for the money, completely blows every other company out of the water. Great Company to work with.
I bought a prowler 4yrs ago had no major problems did all my maintenance as per amtexequipment maintenance plan. if I ran into any issue Ben (and his staff are the best) was just a phone call away. he would stay on the phone till all my concerns were met. I recently purchased a 2014 Amtex Marine 3047 , again I am very satisfied and will continue to use Amtex equipment for all my Truckmount needs.
Ben and his crew are the best in the business. I had a problem with my water pump and they worked late to get it fixed. Thanks again Ben

I heard about AmTex and that they had a great reputation. I bought a machine that needed work and figured I would take it to them. Ben and his guys did a fantastic job at getting my truck mounted unit back together and did it on time. It runs like a monster now. Also I spent 2 different nights there just working on my equipment with them because they wanted to figure what was wrong just as bad as I did. While I was there I was treated like family. I have to say its the best customer service I have had in my whole life and the quality is above and beyond expectations. Ask anyone about Ben and his guys with AmTex and they will tell you the same.
