Based upon the service I received I will definitely use ZeroRez again. The tech was fantastic! His name is Edgar M and based upon his performance I will continue to use ZeroRez as my go to carpet and tile cleaner. Edgar was professional, detailed, and friendly and even showed me invisible stains on my carpets before he cleaned them all gone. Give this man a raise because he will generate more customers, therefore will generate more revenue for the company! I am extremely happy with the results and will be a repeat customer. My carpets and tile look amazing!
I had a great experience with Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs. They were easy to book, very responsive and followed up with me throughout the whole process. On the day of, they sent me a text notifying they’ll arrive in 65 minutes then a phone call to tell me they were 30 minutes away. Customer service was extremely nice as well as the technician. I have children and Zerorez’s safe and environmentally friendly method of cleaning gives me peace of mind.
I highly recommend the carpet cleaning service. Our carpets are 1.5 years old and look like brand new after Zerores. We had a few 11 month old chemical stains due to puppy urine and they all came out. Shout out to Edgar the technician for doing a great a job and great service!
Carpet looks great! Technician was early which was nice! He provided realistic expectations and in the end surpassed those expectations. Overall great experience-ease of schedule to final results. Definitely recommend!!
Service was swift, professional, and understanding. Technician did a fantastic job of getting a myriad of stains out of the carpet as well as layers of grime from the kitchen vinyl. Would definitely recommend and use again.
