Anthony & David were awesome! They arrived early, suggested additional services and made it happen while they were here. They came initially to clean a dyer vent. After suggesting an air duct cleaning service we allowed them to do that as well. These two individuals would be an asset to anyone looking for professional employees. Very impressed

Lorenzo and Anthony were the Sears technicians who came to clean my air ducts in Conroe, Texas. They were very professional and polite throughout the process. Since I have never had this service done before, I was hesitant to spend more than advertised but they tactfully made suggestions in the best interest of my home. I ultimately chose to have 7 extra vents cleaned after realizing the offer only granted 6 vents per the promotion.nnTo Lorenzo and Anthony... thanks guys for your help today; hopefully this will help reduce the duct that has been a constant battle in my house.

Calling Sears and setting up the appointment to get my a/c ducts cleaned was so easy. The operator was so cheery on the line. She made me smile and feel good about choosing Sears. She understood what I wanted and she was efficient and very knowledgeable. JD and Anthony from Sears Duct cleaning service came to my house and did an outstanding job of cleaning my a/c ducts. They called me in the morning to give me ana time estimate of when they would arrive. They arrived just as promised ready to get started. They were very professional. They explained every step of the process. I really appreciated them telling me about a problem I had with my UV light system. Instead of just charging me for a replacement UV bulb, they showed my husband how the wiring was not connected properly and needed to be corrected. I really appreciated that information. I will be calling them again.

I have done business with them before and they sent out two guys ,this time Luis G. came solo and did a better job cleaning my furniture than sending the 2 guys. Excellent work, and great customers service. Thanks

Lorenzo and Christopher were wonderful. They were on time and did a wonderful job. Very professional. I have used Sears for years but then you get that one that you like to request and he is one of those people.
