Never take you expensive garments here!. Took my maid of honor dress for dry cleaning, had a minor food stain that I could have taken out myself.... But, because it was an expensive dress decided to bring it here. They totally damaged my dress, obviously they have no idea how to dry clean or remove stains, the material turned whitish and it looks scratched! and is right in front!. The manager said he was going to try to fix, well his idea of fixing it is to dry clean it more time, and now it looked worse! don't know how they are dry cleaning it, now it toured on the back!. And his answers was that I should have know that dry cleaning can damage the clothing!?!?! What?, he never said, anything like that?, how am I suppose to know that?, and how I will try to fix it will make it even worst!. The thing is my dresses cost me $575 and he gave me $50!!!! I told him I will write this review, don't want his to happen to anyone else. This is the only very expensive dress I had! and is totally ruined!.
NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WASHING IT YOURSELF. I had to redo my shirt 4x and they ended up ADDING STAINS INSTEAD OF TAKING THEM OUT. manager and employees are not on the same page. Was told I was going to speak to manger and to leave my shirt with them. Employee took MY shirt to a different location and I ended up WAITING IN THE EMPLOYEE to receive my shirt WITHOUT SPREADING TO A MANGER LIKE I WAS TOLD. Not a place I would recommend at all. But if you do decided to take the chance, CHECK YOUR CLOTHES AND GOODLUCK. p.s. They if it wasn't for a honest citizen they would have gave away someone clothes.
