Got what I needed.
Isles closed off with unattended fork lifts in them with no staff insight. No body working the paint desk when I needed to pick up my paint. Several customers were waiting even after we asked a cashier to request help over the PA. Several customers waited only to find their custom color match was not working. This was the longest time I've spent just standing in a Home Depot.
I am so blown away by the excellent service that we received at this Home Depot!!! My husband and I were looking for tiles for our kitchen backsplash and we found the best white ceramic tiles, with the most affordable price here. It was on sale so we stopped an associate walking by to confirm prices. We ended up having a lot of follow-up questions, and Cynthia was so patient with answering all our questions and making sure they had the tiles we wanted in stock. She made the process so seamless, and prepared our order so that checkout would be a breeze.nFast froward to today, I found out our installer won't be able to pick up the order during our allowed time period. I called this branch, and spoke with Eric who helped me reschedule our pick up date effortlessly.nI know this is part of their job, but they definitely did it with joy, and made our experience very pleasant. Thank you Eric and Cynthia!
I ordered my product on line. Received the email for curbside pickup. No On Answers the Pickup Text!! So, you have to go inside, find someone because the Customer Service line is out the door. When you finally find an associate I still have to wait 30min. to receive my one product. No one in this store understands customer service or curbside pickup.
This Home Depot is awesome!. I did the curbside pickup. However I didn't realize curbside is only available til 6pm, my bad. Its ok I just walked in for pickup easy and quick no line .nGreat service! Highly recommend.
