They must hire the most inept and dumbest people in the city. The sales people seem more interested in selling their shipping services rather than wanting to actually help you with the product you called for. Its a different person every time I talk to them. One tells me an item is no longer available in the size I need (10 ml), then proceeds to sell me a tiny dropper sized bottle, with outrageous shipping charges. After it arrives and it is obviously the wrong size, they then tell me the size I wanted originally IS available. Wasted over 2 weeks waiting for the item to arrive only to find out the item was never ordered (because after telling them 5 times I will pick up from the store, they kept trying to sell me their shipping service!!!!!). If there was another place in town where I could get the stuff I need, I would NEVER deal with RS Hughes again!!!! Zero stars!
