Great car wash. Just like all automated car washes, they don't always get everything. But they are courteous and let you go back through to make sure it gets done. I just got the unlimited monthly membership...the cheapest is 14.95 and keep my ride looking good!
I had a membership for 2/3 months here and I called to cancel my membership before my card got charged for the next month. No one ever got back to me, they charged my card, I’ve been calling since October 21st and I still haven’t been refunded for the month and I never used my membership for the month and they continue to tell me it’s going to be put back onto my card. It’s a pandemic and I’m a single mother w no job. You’d think they’d be a little more diligent with getting back to people especially with the knowledge of everything going on right now.nNow the membership itself is great! But as far as them actually being professional and resolving an issue.... next to none.
Jimmy was very nice. Interior work was great. Exterior not so much. There was still dirt visible on the front bumper :( not scratches as we rubbed it off with our hands!!
They do great. I always drive the distance to go there. They do pre-scrub front and back so that that gray film isn't on the front or back of the car while the rest is clean. Free vacuums, and a peaceful, non-ghetto environment.
Staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. They offer a variety of car wash levels & prices to meet every need. Recently had my very dull headlight lenses restored to their original luster. Wow! What a difference in appearance and brightness.
