My husband dropped my wedding dress and veil off and paid a deposit back in March and now I cant even get someone to answer the phone. Finally someone was able to answer and reassured my dress was ready and looked amazing in the box. She apologized for the delay and also for the poor customer service due to a power outage.
I dropped off a dress to have steamed for a very important performance and I show up the day of and they had not touched it! Then they iron it because they don’t want to steam it for me! I furious with this company and will not be returning.
I live three hours away and my daughter is a student at Tarleton. We had an urgent situation with a bridesmaids dress this week. Linda went above and beyond to assist us in finding a solution, including taking the dress to a seamstress to seek additional options. An appropriate solution was identified and the crisis was averted in 1/2 hour. On top of that, it was ready a full day earlier than originally quoted. Will definitely send our business there should the need arise.
Great place to work. Love them like family!!!
Very poor and very unprofessional customer service. Drop off some clothes and they weren't ready in time, gave them the whole rest of the day and paid in advance to minimize the wait and even with that they did not deliver. They wanted another day, by the way this was the owner, but I declined. I almost forgot forgo, they had a hard time locating my coat twice. I probably wasted a total of 1hr. to go thru this ordeal. I do not recommend this place to family or anyone else.
