When you're able to locate an employee they're usually pretty helpful. I know they have a lot of acreage there to cover including the back area but from what I have seen they're usually pretty busy and as such they should employ enough people so as to provide good service to all the customers coming in. But it really is a struggle sometimes getting anybody even to answer just a simple question. I will say though that when you do get a hold of someone they will give their best effort to help you but they don't always know much about any of the products that they're selling and as such are unable to really answer any questions you might have. I do enjoy shopping at this place because they you have a large product line in the categories of products are shopping but it would be really nice if they were able to provide that extra bit of service because it would make every bit of difference. I would like to reiterate though that they haven't ever done anything wrong it's more so just a convenience for them to also be able to answer any questions you might have.
I like McCoy's. It's close to home and almost always has what I need. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.
Good local hardware provider with a wide variety of selection available. Great, friendly customer service. They are my #1 stop for all my building needs.

Went into store today for H brace 129.00 encountered 5 employees nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. The young man that helped me load up was the exception I drive from Granbury to Stephenville to get better service I will no longer do that, your store is not customer friendly anymore.And I'm sure you will ask me to follow up with the Customer service specialist and give me a phone number which makes these comments useless it should not be a customer's job to follow up its yours.
