The car wash never turned on & a phone number is not provided to call for issues. It looked like it could use a wash itself too when I pulled in & waited for it to never turn on. Please maintenance your car wash so people don’t get ripped off and have to dispute charges with their bank because of your faulty system.
A SCAM. Used it once with my debit card $15 and noticed the next day $10 more were charged. Can't find a number to call.
My daughter and I went thru this carwash and it stopped in the middle of the cycle. Luckily the owner was there and he apologized. It stopped again and he fixed it. Evidently it tripped the box. I noticed that my bank showed a $10.00 charge which was correct but than another $25.00 charge. So $35.00 was charged in total. He made it sound like for our troubles he was waving the fee and he put in a code. My bank shows I was charged an additional $25.00. Uugghh. I am not happy.
You guys stop getting the cheapest wash and it will wash your vehicle, I use it twice a week. The ONLY wash in town that will actually get it clean!!
No problem with the car wash. However, I noticed a $10 charge to my debit card in addition to the original purchase price.
