Like the Employees, they are very knowledgeable and nice, place is clean but their machines are always down! End up waiting for dryers especially of lately and I go early morning with the Covid-19 going on but if there are a few of us there, guaranteed to have to wait. So if in rush, not the place!!

Constantly having expensive items going missing. When confronted about said item this last time, the manager took her sweet time getting back to me. First few times I brushed it off as an accident and gave them the benefit of the doubt but accidents only happen a few times! Will never return and I can’t believe how horrible their customer service is especially after giving them consistent business over the years.nnI’ve also had a sweater come back with stains that were not there before.nnMoral of the story DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

Wish I could give a zero. They ruined my husbands favorite shirt. Told him the owner would call him to make it right but they never did. Made him pay for the dry cleaning of the shirt and then kept the shirt. He went in 3 times and each time they said owner would call him. Next time he went in they said they have no record of the shirt or where it is located but he could call the owner if he would like. He then said he would just bring his business elsewhere and their response was go ahead.

Do not have your clothes or jacket dry cleaned from this business. I brought in my canada goose jacket to get dry cleaned and when I got the jacket back it had stains that were not there before. The jacket was not fully dryed. They also charged more than they should. I had the same jacket dry cleaned at dependables cleaners in boston(you would think it would be more expensive) for $14. Bush cleaners charged me $24 and did a crappy job.. My jacket didnt even look like it was ever cleaned and had a wet musty smell from it not being fully dryed.
