F. P. Caillet Elementary School

Very fond memories of this school. Remembered my mom riding the same bike with me showing me the quickest way from home to school. It was an old stingray bike with old banana seat. A Dallas police man pulled us over and gave my mom a ticket for two people riding the same bike, this was 1965. I still have some friends from that school today, fifty years later. Funny thing people remain the same just look older but deep down think and act the same.

I LOVE this school! Teachers and staff are super friendly. I've never had a problem with any of them. I wish DISD Police would patrol more often so they can help eliminate the horrible parking in the No Parking Zones. And the other review about no field trips, Both of my kids had 2 field trips this 2011-2012 school year. So yeah, AWESOME School!

A teacher here, Mr. Bolton, kicked my son many years ago. My son still remembers. The principal went above and beyond to protect that teacher. I regret not calling CPS. There was a bilingual kindergarten teacher that was absolutely horribly mean to the defenseless children, nobody seemed to care. She didn't hide her nasty attitude. Cameras should be in every classroom in this school.

If i could give a lower score i would have.This is a horrible school cater to Hispanics. My son was attacked by a bully named Damien. This all happened in September 2016, so hear we go on Tuesday 9/27 my son was attacked nurse called she was so nervous you could hear it in her voice so I go to school next day wasn't able to speak with principal requested she call me, I was able to speak with his teacher, so on 9/29/16 she finally calls puts me on speaker so her and another person can talk over me, I get right to point no need to play I ask what is being done with the other child (very large kid) she got so defensive and simply stated I can't discuss that with you what is what I said I was taken back with that response and attitude, so this bully and my child are still in same class, I have instructed my child to tell teachers if he is having problems, well that doesn't work teacher that witness incident told my child on another ocassion to tell his teacher. I also requested DISD police number principal states they can't do anything, I requested number from her a second time she finally provided I did meet with officer around 7:30 that night and had a decent conversation with him. My son isn't allowing anyone to bully him and they want to discipline my child. I hadn't posted this review for FEAR they will do something to my child. All these fake teachers at front door pretending they care.

I was a student at fpcaillet. I liked that school allot. The teachers and everyone there was nice. I thank all my teachers for what they did for me. I recommend parents to send your children to fp caillet elementary school. Its a very good placeud83dude04ud83dude04ud83dude04ud83dudc4d
