Called a few times for speed control on Webb Chapel, unfortunately nothing on weekends or after 5, dangerous speeding on Valley View & Webb Chapel south to LBJ-- Can't walk or ride a bike on Webb Chapel..
room service was terrible, the beds were a little hard, and there was not a mint on top of the pillow when I arrived.. not sure when I will be back but I will keep google updated on their accommodations. the one positive was that they had some killer honey buns for breakfast
NANCY GONZALEZ has no customer service skills and is rude over the phone. She doesn't know her job description or duties. Ask someone else to help you. I think the city of farmers branch is actually hiring for her position.
You really should not be handing out speeding tickets on cars coming off the LBJ Freeway exits. You’re citation fees are a bit outrageous for drivers that are not under the influence and not causing trouble (people actually helping your country out). The united states government and media is typical with its disgust and mental corruption. Your government makes its own money. Plenty of it. You do not need money from your citizens.
I can only comment on my very specific experience with them which was more of an administrative function. The records and patrol dept were highly responsive, courteous, and respectful.
