Charlie did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpets!!! They now look brand new.nCharlie was very professional and such a fine young man!! Exceptional to say the least!!! I’d suggest a raise would be nice for such a great employee...I imagine he’ll be a manager there before you know it. And it would be well deserved!! Cindi Wood
Service tech was on time and friendly. Told me what he would be doing and asked me if there were high traffic areas or areas of concern and walked through the rooms with me. Very professional and fast. Carpets look great ud83dudc4d fluffy and clean. The few stains I had are gone and my carpets look great. Three rooms for $99.00 was awesome. Thanks!
I’ve always loved Zerorez, however Mario was outstanding! He provided outstanding customer service, was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very professional and he did an insanely great job in cleaning my carpet; making 10 yr old carpet look brand new! I plan to personally request Mario in the future. He took great care in his preparation and I was so impressed with the yellow plastic guards he used to protect the wall corners and my furniture from the hose. I can’t say enough good things about Mario and the pride, expertise he has for his craft.
