They are amazing and so friendly! I work as a server and have to get my chef coats washed and starched everyday and they always have it for me on time even when I pick up a shift last minute!! They work with me and I truly feel they. Are about me! They do an awesome job too!! Can't say enough about their customer service! Alejandra is amazing!

I am very disappointed on the professionalism and responsibility of their service. They do not take importance garments that are very important to one as a client. Recently my husband took a shirt out of the closet that had been at the cleaners a several months ago. It is a shirt that is only used during certain seasons in the musical group he belongs to. When he put on the shirt it was not his shirt it was way too small. We went to the cleaners and they told him too much time had passed to do anything. Ok here is my thing. I know that time had passed but if they wanted to conserve a happy customer they could have replaced the shirt. We had to rush and find a another shirt a color that is not very easy to find and spent $60.00 we did not have to. So it was too much time? well about a year ago, I picked up some dresses and had one missing, they insisted that they did not have it. I could not understand what had happened, I searched everywhere at home never found it. about a year later I was picking up some clothes and when the rack was going around I spotted what looked like my dress. I asked her to stop it to see, Sure enough it was my dress. They had it after a year and after they insisted they did not have it. I got my dress and they never even apologized for that happening after they knew that I kept asking for my dress. So when they say they will not be responsible because too much time has passed, well I don't accept that. This is why I am telling this story now. It can be an important and expensive garment and they do not seemed to care. Very sad.

I am very impressed by their service and met my expectations of quality jobs every times.

Took my Yamaha motor jacket and came back clean and fresh wished they be open Sunday
