This Lowe’s had amazing employees during the recent snowstorm. They were open and working off of generators. Even let me in as they were closing so I could run in real fast to get a flashlight!

Byron was so helpful! I’ve never had an employee go above and beyond like he did. He helped me from picking out my item, finding out it was on sale, all the way to loading the item! He wanted to make sure we were happy the entire time and he was so great! I will go back to Lowe’s over Home Depot because of my experience with him! Thank you Byron!
I've shopped the location at Inwood Rd. for 19 years and tonight was my last visit to the store. I'm tired of being treated terribly and horrible customer service. Last time I was in I asked for help with some lumber and the guy didn't even speak to me. Walked over, helped load the cart, and walked off. Not a single word. Tonight all the self-checkout lines were closed and one checkout was open and was 6 deep of people waiting. I walked to customer service and asked for help and the woman with glasses said no else could help. Said if anyone else could checkout they would. I went back and got in line and 5 minutes later someone else showed up to check people out. The woman at customer service just lied to me. Never again. I'll go to the newly reopened Home Depot at Forest and 75.
