FIVE STARS!! This place is awesome. went to pick up a dryer and it was heavily damaged and the pics did not show this. However, they made it right with an upgraded model at the same price. Great customer service! Highly recommend and there should be more places that take the customer seriously and treat them right like this business! They will have my future business and recommendations!
Arty was simply amazing! He helped me find exactly the dishwasher i was looking for and answered every question i had about the product. If you are looking for an honest and professional sales person, go see him!!!
Connie was great! She took the time to listen to my concerns and try her best to find something I asked regarding missing parts and went above and beyond to help out. She was very detailed and thorough and well versed in the leasing process as well. She gave a great history on Sears Outlet and where it is now. Great customer service and she’s very sweet. Greeted as soon I got in. Salesperson was very helpful. They have a lot of damaged product. Not any that you could easily look over. The gentleman actually took me to the style I was looking for and exact color. It had minimal damage that i could live with. I was able to stick with my budget. The process was pretty quick too.
Paola helped us get a great deal on a beautiful fridge! Her and the manager were very knowledgeable & their customer service was top notch!! Thank you! We have definitely recommend this place to many friends already.
