Store is clean and well stocked! The staff are very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really enjoy this store.nI also LOVE the food truck Hits the Spot that is in the parking lot Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. They serve the best German food with such joy! What a wonderful treat!!!
Great place, great staff and always clean and well put together. Decent prices. it's actually my favorite store. Most women love Jewelry stores and clothing stores. Not me, Home base!
Great store with almost anything you'd want to save a trip to Lowe's. Fair prices and military discount as well!! Very nice customer service.
We are new to area and excited to find the Home Base (never heard of them before).nNice looking store. Looks like a miniature Lowe’s.nI always try to buy local before I order from Amazon.nnI found a sprayer their web site. They did not have it in the store. Manager said he could not order it and said maybe they would get some in the spring. Seemed to careless!nnI ordered it online for $20 cheaper.nnSide note: The Ace Hardware in Copperas Cove has Supervising Customer Service!!nnI’ll be back, but they are the last on my list.
No matter the time of day you can always find someone if help is what you need. Everyone i have came across are super friendly and actually will tell you i don't know but i will find the answer and they have done that every single time. Go eneough times and you will notice the same people still working so that tells me the turn around is low and the employees are happy to be there which means they are happy to help you.
