Kountry Cleaner's in Columbus Texas, For the simple fact that I have been trying to get ahold of the owner for an entire week about an altered dress that wasn't done correctly and the owner will not call me back. I am referring to the cleaners in Columbus Tex and the staff is rude and an cooperative.
The worst place to ever take your clothes for dry cleaners. DONOT take your letter jacket there at all! We took our sons letter jacket and they destroyed the jacket. The jacket is maroon with white leather sleeves. They used a purple degreaser on the sleeves and now the white leather jacket now has purple sleeves. They ruined his jacket a $500.00 jacket, first mistake was when he walked in Angela refuse to show him the jacket until he paid for the jacket..That right there should have raised an alarm. After he paid for she showed him his letter jacket. He is in tears. She refused to give back the check. I will never recommend this place! Then she gets rude and threaten to call the police..why? Because I want the check back after you ruined our letter jacket and also we dropped the Jacket off on 9/20/2012, they lost it and hten found it in Columbus and we got it back in this condition on 10/5/2012. I called 3 times and they kept stating that the jacket wasn't ready..It does not take 2 weeks to clean a jacket.
