Wonderful laundry facility. Surprisingly clean and machines are reliable. Coin machines on the premises make it super convenient. Staff is attentive, helpful and bilingual. Even the bathrooms are clean! It’s no surprise this place does good business. It’s the best wash n’ dry spot in Collin County!
Beyond expectations!nThe staff was friendly. They speak mostly Spanish though. If you've ever been to a Laundromat then you know how things work. They have signs in Spanish and English and most of the people there are Spanish speaking.nIt was an overall good experience and I've been there twice in one week!nThe washing machines are sized, I believe there are 4 load sizes which increase the dollar amount, naturally.nThey have two sizes for dryers but a lot of them.nI didn't have to wait a long time for anything either day.nThey also have change machines on site that accepts $1,$5, $10, $20. I used one machine the second time I was there.nI give it a five star for that reason. My personal washer is down and I needed a facility that was close, safe, friendly, clean, and could get the job done. PTC Laundry Service is that place.
Yeah it’s a nice family friendly and clean place. But that doesn’t save money. Cost to wash and dry clothes... been to many other places that the price to wash is the dame and drying is free... make it make sense
4-stars for being clean & washers/dryers work well. Minus 1-star because they have put so many machines in there is no room to walk & little space to fold clothes. ALL signs in Spanish & attendant doesn't speak English. Even when I lived in San Antonio this NEVER happened. Maybe they don't want people that don't speak Spanish, but come on this is Plano you need to at LEAST put the signs in BOTH languages.
Good pricing on washing a mattress pad. Went to pick it up and they wouldn’t take my credit card. Gave the attendant money and she wasn’t planning on giving me the change which was over 30 percent of the cost to clean my item. Didn’t know they expected tips. She didn’t speak English so after standing there looking at her she eventually gave me a 5 without change and said thank you. Not returning.
