I scheduled dryer vent cleaning service with this company on Friday February 5th. The appointment was to be on February 10th between 10-1pm. At 2pm I had not heard from anyone so I called. The receptionist said they did not have my phone number in their system to notify me they were running late. She suggested it was my fault they didn’t have my number and said the earliest they could reschedule was Sunday February 14th. I told her I could understand needing to reschedule for the following day but Sunday was unacceptable. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She offered an email address and hung up on me. Extremely poor service.
On their way they called to see if they could arrive 20 minutes early. He spent a good 2 hours on the couch (we have dogs, it was quite dirty), and even offered a free Scotch Guard.
They were on time and worked efficiently. This is the 2nd time we've had the company out to clean our rugs (send away) and carpets in-house. All their products are organic, which is amazing! Thank you!
I knew it would not come back 100% clean but even 50% would have made me happy. The team exceeded all my expectations!
They took time to work on every stain and were extremely knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
