Worst cleaners by far. Excessive starch left all over my uniform and they can’t seem to follow the simplest task direction. Then if they mess up, there’s no compensation. Don’t waste your time with this dump.
I had valances from our yacht that I took to Ada's in Lake Jackson..nThey were kind enough to call me to let me know the stains weren't coming out and that they would be happy to send them back and let me have the ones they had already cleaned ..at NO charge..nI knew the stains may not come out so I told them to go ahead and finish them up..nThen they called to let me know what they had come in.nVery nice and courteous people!!!
I have used this drycleaning business for many years. The business has had great employees that are very respectful and will help with any situation. My clothes have turned out fine, too.
Great customer service and the ladies are super sweet. Fast turnaround and they offer a lot of different services:)
