I purchase a monthly unlimited wash every month i work at the beach and my car is new so i keep the salt off of her as much as i can but ive noticed the wash isnt cleaning and the blower isnt drying either. Not to mention they turn the vacumns off at 5-530 now which really suck
Went for a car wash and the tracks were off course because my steering wheel did a full circle and they stopped the machine.nThe car wash ended up denting my front left bumper and scratching my left front wheel as well as flattening it, broke the lug bolt off my wheel.nFilled out a accident report with them but I still haven’t got a call from them like they said I would.nEverything is photographed.nI’m hoping they will reimburse me after watching the camera and seeing it was their fault.nCaused serious damage that wasn’t worth the wash itself.
Membership holder and we really like this place. Staff is responsive to needs. Great place to clean up dual and car.
You can get a great car wash an hand detailing at a good price. Free vacuum
They do a fair job, the only real problem seems to be either supervision or ownership. I'm a monthly customer, when I inquired about some type of compensation due to the city mandated closure I was lied to. I was told that the car wash hadn't closed. I know for a fact they were. I was informed that there would be no compensation. I'm seriously considering cancelling my monthly service. What happened to customer service?
