The did a awesome job. The price was a bit high but the service was excellent.
Amy and Jen at your location on FM 3009 are truly outstanding service professionals. I recently dropped off a load of clothes for dry cleaning after over 6 months of telework, and frankly a reduced need for dry cleaning services. They still remembered my name, and greeted my return! It impressed me that given our COVID-19 circumstances, these ladies still greet their customers by name and with a great attitude! They truly represent the epitome of customer service in today’s day and age. For the record, it’s on rare occasion that I take the time to provide customer service feedback.
Service was nice.. They get starch happy with the starch but, I appreciate the quality service.
I always get good service. Sometimes they forget my bag but if I mention it they fix the problem. Leticia is usually the one that helps me and is very friendly and professional.
