***4 stars for service during a bad situation***nFirst impression, it seems sketchy and not kept up, worn and dirty.nnI came here because it was close and my washer doesn't do big comforters (king/cali king). I currently have 2 of my 3 comforters washing. 2 in the Extra large machine and 1 in the large machine right next to it. The large machine doesn't work!You can hear it trying to cycle but nothing is happening.nnI immediately contaced Bryan, the manager/owner through email. To my surprise he responded right away!nHe was nice and apologetic about the situation. The maintenance people came pretty quick too! They were able to move my comforter to another machine, paid for it and also reimburst me for my troubles. I'm very happy and very surprised! Thank you so much for the help and fast response!! It was nice but it's kinda pricey most especially for those without jobs who need to do laundry. I understand you'll need to make money but more than half of the customers don't dry there clothes there because after 4.00 dollars it took to wash one load they can't afford to dry I'm sorry to say this but after washing their clothes there they go next door to get a snack or drink interested of raising up the prices of washing landry there you should put vending machines there and put cages around it like the change dispensers . that way your making more of a profit and your customer don't have to leave to go next door
Every time I've been it's been clean. The owner is very friendly. Everybody always complains about something. Of course it's expensive everything is nowadays. So the people who say the water smells funny maybe should try following the directions on the laundry detergent I've never had a problem. I can go and all the washers I need are always open nobody bothers me and I can just do mine. The only place I go
