We wash our blankets here. We never have an issue. My mom and I came in on 02/12/2021, the lady attendant followed my mom and I around telling us ALL the things we are doing wrong, and how her boss is watching us on the cameras. (Creepy) Then after $40 spent, one of their washers doesn’t spin correctly and our blankets are soaking wet which she replies “we don’t give refunds here.” So, you follow us around complaining how we were putting pillows in the dryer and putting our soap in wrong but when your washer breaks you don’t take responsibility. It’s safe to say we won’t be back here.
Horrible!!! Will not come back here to wash I do NOT RECOMMEND ABYONE TO COME HERE. their machines are OLD! The machines take your money and the OWNER WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MINEY BACK NOR PUT MONEY TO WASH YOUR THINGS KNOWING THE MACHINE STOLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! POOR WORKER IS HELPLESS AND AFARID OF LOSING JOB AND TRYS TO SOLVE ISSUE AND SAY THIS HAPPENS ALOT. DO NOT COME HERE !!!! THE OWNER IS DEFINITELY NOT REASONABLE!
Well taken are laundromat. Its due for some upgraded equipment.
Dryer ate my coins, I told the attendant. She did nothing about it. Didn't even put a sign .
