Reasonably priced, excellent work and customer service. I've taken a variety of specialty items here (leather, suede, custom workstation covering). They took great care with my items and renewed an old, stained suede jacket. Highly recommended.
I am resident Olympia Hills, Universal City. Had been using this establishment since 2008. Heavily averaged over $300 month with dry-cleaning, linens, wool jackets etc. well the short of this long story is the owner of all things the arrogant disrespectful non professional customer “service” I received with no regard of my faithful repeat customer. I asked for the clothing I just dropped off because of this reprobate behind counter. Damage to my expensive Ariat Western shirt was blatantly ignored, denied, side stepped. They haven't clue of Quality let alone proper edict of customer service relations. They are a joke. Hostile, rude, utter disregard of manners, they have lost me as s customer, my parents and all my friends, i will gladly share this with EVERYONE I know here in community. I paid just a little over $40 to have my comforter cleaned and it came back lumpy and wrinkled. Never got to use the comforter and it’s already ruined. Do not recommend.
Worst place for dry cleaners! They price gouge and are DECEPTIVE DON'T GO should report to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, more like French Quality Scammers!!!!
First time there for alterations. Turnaround time for an item to 3 days. However the man was nice enough to say probably within a couple of days. Since it's short notice. I'll see what kind of job they do. Very nice and very friendly.
