I had them unclog a drain in my basement. The work was fine. The problem? From the moment they walked into my house to the moment they left was a total of 25 minutes. The bill was $395. That's $395 for 25 minutes of work. My lawyer doesn't charge that much. My doctor doesn't charge that much. Never again.
We needed a hot water heater installed after ours let go. Rooter Man offer the best price and replaced the unit within a few hours of our initial phone call. They were prompt and professional.
Radiator was leaking and was the only company that could come the same day. Very happy with the work and very nice guys. Would hire again in the future.
We needed a bathtub drain unclogged at 8 in the evening. I called several companies, but all of them cannot send someone in that very hour until we called Rooter-Man Plumbing. The serviceman was able to come the same hour and was equipped, very courteous, and fixed our plumbing issue without a hitch. Will definitely be calling him again in the future if we have any other plumbing issues. 5 stars
