Had to get my ASU cleaned for a last minute board. Called at almost 7 and they waited for me to show up. Picked up my stuff the next day and it was perfect. Will for sure be coming back as long as I am stationed here!
I'm never coming back to this cleaners ever again... My favorite pair of black slacks they put them in the washer machine and starched them now they're damaged... My dress shirts have burnt marks on them.... The manager is never there... I could go on and on...
They damaged a fairly expensive suit, and didn’t tell me about it. I caught the broken buttons two days later when I went to an interview.nnThis may have been a one-off, but any other time I’ve had issues with a garment at a dry cleaner, they have been the one to bring it to my attention. Seems a problem with their quality assurance.
Hem was so good I didn’t even think they did it until I tried the pants on. The press was terrible and they double seamed both legs of my nice pants.
This is the only place in town I trust with my dresses! She has altered 5 bridesmaids dresses for me, 3 military ball gowns and now my reception dress for my own wedding. The only time it wasn't a perfect alteration, she immediately took the dress back from me and fixed it again in 20 minutes and then handed it over (it was altered a tiny bit small initially). She always gives me awesome advice, and awesome prices. ❤
