Heart of Texas Chem-Dry

Very professional, courteous, and did a great job. I called in to have a sectional couch I had just purchased deep cleaned and they were able to get out to my residence and do the job the same day. The price was a bit higher than others had quoted me, but after seeing the finished product, it was worth every penny. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I chose to go with Chem-dry. I highly recommend this company.

I had these guys in to do a very simple job. Clean the carpet and remediate dog urine. This is something Chem-Dry is typically good at but these guys are not your typical Chem-Dry. These guys SUCK. They came in and vacuumed the carpet then sprayed a few areas with PERT which is their secret chemical they use on Urine which fortunately works really well when used by a competent technician. So the guys came in and apparently missed some spots because I could still smell the urine days later. They did sell me some pert which was nice because i needed it to clean some of the spots they missed. But i didn’t buy enough. I called back and told them it still smelled. I spoke with the owners wife who apparently manages scheduling and she said because it was towards the end of the year they were booked up and couldn’t get anyone out to redo the job until the beginning of the year. So the new year came and went and not follow up. I called multiple times and left voicemails and no response. One message i said i just need to buy pert from them since they apparently can’t make it out to do the job right. These guys provide the worst, most unprofessional service i have seen to date. They don’t back up their work or follow through. They just come and take your money then lie to get you off the phone. There are enough other Chem-Dry franchises out there. Do yourself a favor and find another.
