I was going to rate more stars on the day of service (12/20) and ended up waiting and I'm glad I did. I hired them to clean the carpet in only my son's room because our dog kept having accidents in there, so I had them add the pet enzyme treatment. The day of service the carpet looked great and smelled amazing! But by the next day after it dried - dog urine. And I don't have to get down and smell the actual carpet to find it, I can smell it just standing in the room as if it hadn't been cleaned or treated at all. I gave 2 stars because they came early and the employee was nice and got right to it, but I can't give any more because what I needed didn't get done. I would recommend looking elsewhere for pet stain needs.

So everything went good until they actually came out to clean my house. They did not do a good job cleaning my house, and my husband had to have the guy redo several spots in the house. Even after the guy claimed to have redone the spots, there was still very easily removed dirt and pet hair. Not only did they miss several things, but the man gave my husband attitude for pointing out the spots. During the actual cleaning, they called me (as I am in TN already) and they told me I would have to replace my drip pans, normally this is no biggy, I thank them for letting me know, however, they then proceeded to throw away the drip pans without my permission and without me knowing!!! On top of this we left 4 things in the fridge for my husband to eat while he is still there for one more night, these items were milk, sliced cheese, lunch meat, and mustard. Instead of just throwing them away or even leaving them in the fridge, they decided it would be a good idea to just place these items inside of my already very hot garage. So any chance of saving them is now gone. And finally, when they left the house, they took the key we had left under the doormat with them!!! This company overall is not professional and I would not recommend them. Very disappointed I paid this much for this quality cleaning, so far my carpets do look very good though, so I will give credit for that! Thank you.

Professional Really Great Rates Work Was Great Will Use Again .

Killeen Steam Team completed my move out cleaning today, to include carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning, and they did a fantastic job!!!!!! I utilize them for monthly cleaning also and they never disappoint! Highly recommend. Plus their customer service is outstanding! You guys rock!
