Brought my ASUs in to get them put together. First mistake was leaving them there after I was told they don’t need to take the measurements to put a woman’s ASUs together. I left my bag with all my racks & ribbons in it, one of the items was a brand new rack still in the box. I come in to pick up & was told they “traded” me a 6 rack for the 7 rack I had. Which makes absolutely no sense because I had both a 6 & 7 rack in my bag. They took my brand new rack still in the box & hung it up on the wall to resale!! DO NOT GO HERE & if you do don’t leave anything in the boxes still because they will steal them from you & try to resale them.

Basic Con-artists. They pretend not to understand English when you're explaining the work you want done, but understand it pretty well when they're explaining that you must pay for services you didn't request rather than the services you did request in order to get your items back. Your satisfaction is absolutely NOT guaranteed.

Went here and paid. They lost money and said they gave me back the wrong change and had called me to go back, which i did . I went back and then they told me it was okay to go and then kept calling my phone, harassing me, telling me to go back again because THEY LOST MONEY. I told them to stop calling me and I’ve already gone back once, they said “we have your number, we will keep calling.”! HARASSMENT.

People specially military don’t go there. They over charge and lie how much they will charge you. We already earn poor amount of money and this business is just over charging really !! Once you pay you pay way more than what the uniform costs. Just go to the Fort Hood cleaners and alteration they have the deals. Or make your research and ask them for a receipt before dropping it. They did a poor job on the stitching and overcharged. I would have given them a negative star. For the price they should do a beautiful job, but no ud83dudc4e
