Ace really is the place of friendly personal service. They are always happy to answer my questions and help me find what I am looking for. Great selection of merchandise. I always check Ace first to hopefully avoid a trip to the big box stores.
Always clean. Always helpful with a smile too. Very well stocked. I've been in this store about 5 times recently and only once I left without something I came for because it was out of stock.
I took my ms251c stihl chainsaw in for repair, and the only fixed one of two issues I had with it. It is a bit irritating knowing I specifically pointed out the two issues I had with my saw, and only one was addressed! Smh. Now with that being said. They did replace a different part. But, the chain tensioner issue was not addressed at all. Looks I will have to fix it myself. Seeing how I can not rely on Ace Hardware to fix a simple issue. So much for a warranty.
