Intermountain Hose & Fittings an MFCP Company - Parker Store

This place used to be great. I've been here for nearly an hour and 20 minutes. There are 3 people here. One guy knows what he is doing. The others have no clue. Since they don't have the part i needed in stock- the guy who knows what he's doing told me he had to go pick up the parts and it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later he has taken care of everyone who came in after me and has still not gone to get my parts. I asked the guy who was helping me about another part and one of the guys who doesn't know what he's doing interrupted with a question for another customer and he prompt left me hanging and took care of that guy. After taking care of that guy he did not come back to me. Other then to tell me for the third time that he was leaving I a few minutes to go get my parts and that it wasn't far. 20 minutes later As i sat here one of the guys asked what i was waiting for. When i told him he said that the place they are getting my parts from are from a wholesale place and that he was waiting until he had more parts to order because there was a minimum order requirement that he had to meet. If that was the case, i could have been informed of that and came back, but i was continually given the impression that it was being taken care of. Finally he sent one of the guys who wandered around doing nothing to go get my parts. The guy who left to get my parts just got back. Even after the guy got back and all my parts were done and hoses made, they took care of ANOTHER customer before finishing with me. LAME!!!!! Just got back to my customer. The fittings they got for me aren't even the right ones......

I needed a small JIC fitting to finish a Halloween project. I looked online but either couldn't find exactly what I needed or they were charging way too much money for a minor part. I decided to look locally and went to Intermountain Hose & Fitting, hoping for the best. The guys behind the parts desk were great. They were able to quickly determine what fitting was needed and sold it to me for a very affordable price. I don't anticipate needing to return here often but I am glad to know that they are here when I need it.

Extremely unprofessional. Zero customer service. I was told my request "wasn't worth his time" after making a pretty decent sized order 2 weeks ago... Won't go back
