I worked with Kim Allen to buy my new home in Rock Island. I had described to Kim in the beginning of what type of home I was looking for and then did a complete 180 on her. She never batted an eye, continued to work diligently , she continued to send me information about homes I may be interested in. We submitted an offer Friday Feb 19th and we have not received an acceptance or rejection of the offer as of this morning from Pam Roberts at American Way Real Estate Co. Our agent has made multiple attempts to contact Pam Roberts with no response. It is Feb 23rd and we still have not received a response.

Couldn't find a place to send/share to others...ugh
