The Three men who showed up exactly on time this morning to install my new heat pump system, were very professional and very thorough in their care. Put in UV / Ozone light unit
My heating unit wasn't performing at the setting of the thermostat during a winter storm. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was able to send help on the same day of the call. Brandon arrived on time and got straight to work, and within an hour he had my unit working properly again. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Brandon and the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning team!
They have been calling me to set up an appointment and were finally able to reach me today. I asked when we could set up a time to do the maintenance review I was given a opportunity for same day service, which was incredible. Paul did an excellent job and was courteous and mindful of me working from home, going about what he needed to do and only interrupting me when necessary.nnThey always do me a good service folks!
