I think it is an excellent company, I have more than 5 years working with them and I can already take 3 weeks of vacation, not bad for a US company, I have a 401K 50% gift on what I contribute, excellent for my retirement, currently I have an excellent supervisor and a former manager, I have very friendly colleagues and we complement each other. Like any company, there are bad workers who over time end up criticizing the company but in the end they are fired for not meeting the minimum requirements.

This company has minimum corporate support so the trickle down effect is evident.nNot a place for everyone. It could be much worse though. Despite the vague loop holes.

Only reason I quit was because my car engine blew up and I lived so far away. This is a good company to work for. They're very punctual about breaks and they're a bit short but that is the only downside. Every company has a downside so I don't think it's a reason to not consider working here.
