Cookeville Electric Department

Have had two e-checks bounce for no reason in the past few months and had to pay $20 extra both times. Never had any problems in the past 3-4 years before just a few months ago. Looks like they’re just trying to get extra money out of people for no particular reason so be careful.

Ok customer service it's wouldn't hurt to smile sometimes. I always feel like they are mad at me or something.
