Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County

My mom has been in signature healthcare of putnam county. For 3 yrs. We have been very happy with them they make mom feel at home. And make sure she stays busy do something or going out some where, she even got to go to Panama city with them. All the staff are wonderful. And always kept me updated on moms,nBut with this covid mess going on. Don't get me wrong when i say this toldly understand them stopping all visitation. But its been 10 months now and its time to fix it where the the family can visit again. My mom has alzheimer and i wonder if she will remember me.nAnd the communication from them about mom is honorable., they will not return phone calls and you can not get to talk to lee Rooney the attmenstrater at all. And the people in the office that answer the phone are so rude and don't act like they know what they doing. I am very unhapgģpy with the way they have handled this, and this need to stop today, the familys need be involved in their mother's father's brother's sister's lives know matter what. There hazmat suits you can get. The elderly need to know that they haven't been forgotten about by their families. So please find away to fix it.nnKathy smith and family

Very caring and compassionate staff, nurses and office personnel. They took very good care of my family member, always keeping me updated on things. Highly recommend.

If you Love Your Family Member, do not put them in This Place. The worse. They don’t listen to the Patient or Family members conceding the Patient’s worsening Health or take good care of them. They say they know best & ignore you even if your Family member is dying for lack of care. I think they will be seeing some after effects of the care my Family Member received. DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE HERE.

It's the best place I've ever worked at.

They were very good to my Dad. He has been twice for rehab. Great PT people especially Justin. He is so nice and funny. Great with my Dad. The nurses are so good.
