They were called & showed up within a day & pumped out septic tank & diagnosed & repaired a problem so it worked correctly after that. Also very helpful w/suggestions on how to keep it working better w/less trouble. Did a very good job of completely pumping tank & scraping the sides & checking leech lines were clear & to make sure it was completely cleaned out UNLIKE some others do. Very Knowledgeable & professional & helpful. Not sure, think his name was Dean, Tall thin older gray haired fellow. Would definitely call them for any other work we need & at a fair price.
Highly recommend this company! They did a great job on my parent’s septic. They were hard working and professional and we are truly appreciative of what they did. We will definitely hire them again in the future.
