Waited to call last min to cancel, didn't let the phone ring longand they hung up the phone just to say they tried to call!! Guess he thought we would call back
Terrible service and not trustworthy! Would not recommend! Talked to a representative, said they would have a vehicle ready for us by 4:00 pm and when we arrived vehicle was not ready nor have a vehicle for us. Switched our assignment over to Enterprise and they had a vehicle for us in 10 minutes.
Daniel is SO NICE and super accommodating. I had a reservation to TN and he helped me out a ton when dropping off the van we rented. And then needing a reservation back home to MI he got me an AMAZING price and was so kind. We need more Daniels in the world. Thank you so much, Daniel! You have future business with me and my family, I promise you that!
They are always great to try and accommodate what I’m trying to accomplish within the realm of what hertz allows such as going the extra mile to find a car at the airport that has the features I need instead of saying “sorry we don’t have any in stock”. I have rented many times from them here in Dickson and Even on the rare occasion they make a mistake as we all do at times they humbly admit it and go the extra mile to make it right.
Reserved car 2 weeks ago. Show up to pick it up. No cars available. Had to drive to 45 miles away to another location. Waste of my time. Now 45 miles back home and 3 hours later. Great job no wonder companies fill for bankruptcy.
