Great experience, even though we were awake early due to what sounded like some kind of extreme scrubbing in the room above us...maybe some kind of renovating going on? Unsure, but besides that the room was lovely. Requested for a high floor days in advance, got put on the 4th. Great breakfast and welcoming front desk staff.

The effect of covID was quite evident At what is supposed to be a conference centre. There were very few people there and there was no open dining in the restaurant. However Marriott continues to be the best the rooms were immaculate free Starbucks breakfast with my status. The Room service dinner was fast hot and delicious. Even with very few guests Marriott continues to Deliver its best

After you pay $150+ a night for your room (and not get refunded if you try to cancel a week ahead of your stay) be prepared for (and I swear I cannot make this up) many hairs in your food and beer that expired 3 months ago (Fat Tire) from the restaurant there, “digital” TV does not produce an image, a shower that is either scalding hot or freezing, beds that are caving in in the middle, and worse than the hair in the chicken, two working elevators out of 4 on a busy weekend during a convention...... luckily we were on the 6th floor so we used the stairs to get to our room during our over priced, miserable stay... I get it, it’s the convention center and they can do that... I’d rather have comfort and cleanliness over convenience. NEVER AGAIN.

This could be the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. Nice view of downtown from 16th floor, and professional service, but none of the little things done right (no glasses, plastic or otherwise, in the room, no nightlight or ambient light in the bathroom , water bottles that cost $5 each, paper thin walls so I was able to here the toilet flushing in the next room, and a hotel restaurant that looks like a high school cafeteria. There was no microware in the room, but there was one set up on a table next to the elevators, so people coming and going can see you warm up your food! Really, I'm not making this up.

Hotel was definitely what we expected of a Marriott. The greeter was awesome and he informed us of everything downtown. The hotel is located within walking distance of fun things.
