I’m just gonna say this right now: If you come to Chattanooga, you HAVE to stay at the Westin. The Westin Chattanooga is by far the most amazing hotel in town. The building it’s housed in is VERY unique and features a 4 way split atrium with one elevator per atrium. The glass elevators they have are also very unique and quite fun too!nnOur room was nice overall and the view from it was cool!nnI HIGHLY recommend you guys stay here! This place is just stunning and amazing!

Staff is very attentive and professional, appreciated their efforts.nDownstairs restaurant and bar has a great open patio, which we enjoyed!nThe tapas bar on the top floor has great views and tasty tapas. Fitness center is very nice and the pool area cabanas are a special touch.nIt's in a great area, which we plan on exploring more next visit. Rating is a 4 as there were some minor mechanical items associated with it room that should have been found be housekeeping and fixed.

I got married here on March 20th, 2021 and it was a beautiful experience. The coordinators took care of everything that we needed. We stayed in a suite that was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Every single staff member was so attentive and caring. The ceremony and reception flowed perfectly with the help of the staff there. A truly wonderful team of people employed there. I felt special in every way.

My sister’s wedding was held yesterday at the Westin and I have got to say it turned out awesome and it’s all thanks to the wonderful event coordinator and all of the staff! They thought of every little detail and made it happen seamlessly! All of the staff were extremely kind and went out of their way for each guest! I would recommend the Westin to anyone looking for a worry free, gorgeous venue for any event!

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Top notch service. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Did not partake of the restaurants. The pool is small, but had private sitting tents which was cool. Was also close to the aquarium, ruby falls and lots of neat restaurants in the area.
