Was a nice room. For the price I was expecting the room to be alittle bigger, the bed to be more comfortable, and the cleaning crew not to knock on my door at 9am. But Over all wasn't bad the Starbucks lady and the people working the desk were very nice.

Bring your own sheets, Benadryl, and Bug spray. I spent two nights in this hotel and woke up the first night with three to four very pronounced and swollen bites. During the second night that number more than doubled and sent me into a severe allergic reaction that required attention from two doctors. When trying to explain my dismay to their GM, I was given a ‘there’s no bed bugs, but there may have been spiders or insects’ answer with no true care for the matter and no type of assistance. The GM did not care about the person/persons influenced by the ‘bugs and insects’ in her hotel. Think twice before choosing this facility unless you desire these lasting effects from your stay!

This place is super nice, the staff is also very friendly as well. They have a Starbucks downstairs in the lobby as well. The bar area is very nice as well also. We had some food delivered and had some drinks was a good time for sure.

Very underwhelmed by this place. It's nice enough, but I was expecting more. There's no parking for starters. You either use valet or you park in the recommended tow away zone beside the building. The rooms are clean, but a lot smaller than what's pictured. Noah at the front desk was very nice and helpful though. Overall it's a nice hotel, but I've stayed at a lot nicer Double Trees for less money.
