Highly recommended!! We needed a place to stay for the night and rocked up unannounced. Nickolas gave us an upgraded room, welcome cocktails and even made dinner reservations for us before we even knew what restaurant we were going to go for. Awesome service and just a great place. The hotel is inspired by Palm Springs which comes through in every detail.
My stay at The Dwell was incredible. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff was beyond nice and the decor/atmosphere impressive. I was greeted with a signature cocktail and chocolate covered cookies (in-room). The building and my room were gorgeous. I wish I could live there... or at least have every hotel be The Dwell. Thank you for the amazing experience!
This is my favorite place in Chattanooga! Everything from check in(such a friendly staff) to the beautiful bar Matilda Midnight, with the super talented bartender who wore flowers in her hair. My husband reserved the bee room and me being a beekeeper, I was buzzing about the wallpaper! The attention to detail is on point!nI feel awful for not remembering names, but everyone made us feel welcomed and appreciated. If Wes Anderson ever opened a hotel, I feel like this would be it. I love everything about this establishment! Cant wait to go back!
This hotel is fantastic in every way. I was expecting it to be a vintage inspired dream but the attention to detail made this experience so special for our anniversary trip. The service is next level and the staff is so attentive and helpful. Favorites from our most recent trip were the bed (it is like sleeping on a cloud) the pour over coffee in your room in keep with that vintage feel and the breakfast bar. The breakfast was so super tasty but the best part is that they host you in the special events venue which is gorgeous. Because of the low number (only 16 rooms) of guests it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves both mornings. Worth paying a little extra and skipping the sterile hotel chain experience for sure. Cant wait to go back!
We chose The Dwell Hotel to host my wife's surprise birthday party. The venue, the friendliness of the staff, the service, food and drink selections were all top notch! Everyone was extremely nice to us. Nicholas and the rest of the staff put forth a tremendous effort to ensure our event was a memorable one! Would definitely recommend!
