I cant say enough good things about this business. I needed a home heating system installed. Charlie showed me some options and I was surprised that after the rebates through the state and his good pricing , I was able to afford an on demand Navien system that did both heat and hot water ensuring that my whole family could shower and there would never be a loss of hot water....Life changing!!!! Clean install, courteous crew and really competitive on the pricing. Very impressed and I would highly recommend to others

I live in an old house and needed to have my large drainage pipe replaced. Because it is a big job, I got several quotes. When, Charlie Murch arrived, he assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done. I was immediately struck by his professionalism, his courtesy and his knowledge. We arranged a time for him to do the job. He was on time and completed the job promptly. During the job, he discovered that I had no functional water shutoff and would need to contact the city to shut off my water so he could put in a water shutoff for me. During these COVID times, this was not as easy as it sounds. When the city was finally able to come, Charlie rearranged his schedule to meet the city workers and complete the job. I highly recommend Charlie Murch if you have a plumbing need. He is on time, does an excellent job, follows COVID restrictions and is reasonably priced. He also guarantees his work. His secretary, Darlene, who is also his wife, is delightful. She is pleasant, courteous and always gets back to me promptly. I am proud to support this family owned business.
